- Open the Instagram app on your mobile device.
- Go to your profile page by tapping on the person icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Tap on the three horizontal lines (hamburger icon) at the top right corner of the profile page. This will open the menu options.
- Scroll down and select “Settings” at the bottom of the menu.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down and tap on “Help.”
- Tap on “Help Center” to open the Instagram Help Center in your mobile browser.
- In the Help Center, tap on the search icon (usually a magnifying glass) and type “Delete Instagram account” or a similar query.
- Select the relevant article from the search results. The article should provide information on how to delete your Instagram account.
- Follow the instructions in the article to delete your account. The exact steps may vary slightly depending on your device and the version of the Instagram app you’re using.
- After completing the account deletion process, your Instagram account will be permanently deleted, along with all your photos, videos, followers, and other account data.

Remember that deleting your Instagram account is irreversible. Once you delete Instagram account , you won’t be able to recover any of your data, and you’ll lose access to your account permanently.
